COVID-19 vaccines administered to 82,721 persons on Monday

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 82,721 persons on Monday and 55.17% of the country’s population has received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

According to Our World in Data, 12.65% of the population is partially vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 55.4% of the 20 to 30 age group has received one dose of a vaccine, while 13.7% has received both doses.

The first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to 14,598,456 persons and 11,925,577 persons have received the second dose as well.

This includes 11,694,461 persons who received the first dose of Sinopharm and 9,414,830 persons who received the second dose of Sinopharm. On Monday, the first dose of Sinopharm was administered to 14,231 persons and the second dose was administered to 31,347 persons.

The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 1,729 persons on Monday and 26,053 persons received the second dose of Pfizer on Monday. In total, the first dose has been administered to 468,214 persons and the second dose has been administered to 318,005 persons.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to a total of 1,475,690 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,276,324 persons. On Monday, 2,287 persons received the first dose of the vaccine, and 6,906 persons received the second dose of the vaccine.

The second dose of Moderna was administered to 168 persons on Monday, raising the number of persons to receive both doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to 760,866. The first dose of the vaccine has been administered to 800,996 persons. The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,095 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,552 persons have received the second dose of Sputnik V.
