COVID-19 vaccines administered to 20,884 persons

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 20,884 persons on Wednesday. 74.04% of the country’s population has received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose. 

Our World in Data states that 63.83% of the population has received the second dose as well, while the Epidemiology Unit states that 93.8% of the population over 20 years has received both vaccine doses.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 15,918,179 persons have received the first dose and 13,723,234 persons have received the second dose.

The third vaccine dose has been administered to 398,013 persons, including 17,798 persons vaccinated on Wednesday. The Epidemiology Unit states that 636 persons received the first dose of Pfizer on Wednesday and 426 persons received the second dose. In total, the first dose of Pfizer has been administered to 1,534,148 persons and the second dose has been administered to 456,259 persons. The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,940,489 persons and the second dose has been administered to 10,909,840 persons. On Wednesday, 494 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 1,529 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. One person received the second dose of Moderna on Wednesday, raising the total number of Moderna vaccines administered as the second dose to 782,750. The first dose of the vaccine has been administered to 804,801 persons.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,110 persons and 155,792 persons have received the second dose as well.
