41 COVID-19 deaths raise fatalities to 2,985

Sri Lankan’s COVID-19 death toll rose to 2,985 with the confirmation of 41 COVID-19 deaths on Sunday.

The deaths include two persons below the age of 30. Six persons between ages 30 and 59 and 33 persons over the age of 60 were also among the confirmed deaths.

According to the Department of Government Information, 24 of the deaths were male and 17 were female.
