Health officials confirmed 23 COVID-19 fatalities on Thursday, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 13,950.
The COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Thursday include 21 persons over the age of 60, one person between 30 and 59 years, and one person below 30 years.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 76.47% of the total COVID-19 fatalities are over 60 years, 22.35% of the fatalities are between 30 and 59 years, and 1.18% of the fatalities are under 30 years. Of the total COVID-19 fatalities, 7,786 are male and 6,164 are female. Twelve COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Thursday were female and 11 were male.
