Port City Economic Commission Bill presented to House

The Colombo Port City Economic Commission Bill was presented to Parliament yesterday by Leader of the House Dinesh Gunawardana.

The Bill provides for the establishment of a high-powered five-member commission to administer the Port City. The Bill can be challenged in the Supreme Court within seven days.
