M.D. Gunasena diversifies into IT education, launches computer school

M.D. Gunasena, the leading publisher, printer and bookseller opened the M.D. Gunasena Computer School recently, diversifying its business in to IT education. The event was graced by Managing Director Ananda Gunasena, Deputy Managing Director Rajiv Gunasena, Oasis International School Education Consultant Tharusha Gunasena, the higher management of the company and M.D. Gunasena Oasis International School Principal Chintha Fernando. The Computer School is located at M.D. Gunasena Oasis International School Colombo 12, and caters to 50 students, with two dedicated computer labs. Courses on offer include: IT for kids (stages 1, 2 and 3), Microsoft Office and computer hardware basics.
