Kilinochchi’s top Year 5 student recognised by Aviva NDB

Aviva NDB Insurance Senior Regional Manager T. Sivakumaran, presented a cash gift together with a higher education scholarship certificate to Nishanth Hamsikan of St. Theresa’s Maha Vidyalaya, who ranked first in Kilinochchi in the Year 5 scholarship examination in 2010. He obtained 175 marks to top the batch.
