AAT appoints first-ever ‘Education Brand Ambassador’ in Sri Lanka

AAT Sri Lanka a leader in the field of professional education appoints the first ever Brand Ambassador at the Association of Accounting Technicians head office recently. Sheshani Gunatilake was appointed as the Brand Ambassador to help carry forward the image and vision of the organisation. Targeting the students who have completed their Ordinary Levels and Advance Levels the AAT provides a clear and short way to a secure future and a career path.

Jayasekara, AATSL Student Promotion and Brand Marketing Committee Chairman Saman Siri Lal and CEO Tishanga Kumarasinghe and other officials representing AAT Sri Lanka look on The acceptance of the appointment as the Brand Ambassador for the AAT was signed by Sheshani who was island top ranked in GCE (A/L) results in 2012, in the distinguished presence of the Minister of Higher Education S.B. Dissanayake. Sheshani had completed her AAT by the time she left school and sets very high standard of her achievements for other students to follow. Present at the ceremony among others were Lalith T. Fernando President AAT Sri Lanka, J.M.U. B. Jayasekara Vice President, Saman Siri Lal Chairman, Student Promotion and Brand Marketing Committee and Tishanga Kumarasinghe CEO and other officials representing AAT Sri Lanka. The Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AATSL) was established in December 1987 on the initiative of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL), under the aegis of the Asian Development Bank, with the aim of producing the middle level segment of the field of accountancy, and has been in service for over 26 years, which offers one of the best affordable qualification for G.C.E. (O.L) & (A.L) Students to pursue Higher Education and become Professional Accountants in the shortest possible time.
