In addition, the bank offers Anagi Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Leasing Facilities, ensuring women have the financial support they need for personal, housing, and other essential needs. 

Notably, the Anagi Business Loan is crafted exclusively for Women Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (WSMEs), empowering them with the capital required to grow and sustain their businesses. This product features competitive interest rates and flexible grace periods, making it an attractive solution for women-led enterprises.

In addition to financial products, Commercial Bank is committed to support women entrepreneurs with a range of non-financial services, including skill development programs, trade promotions, and capacity-building initiatives. QIn what ways does the Commercial bank ensure that female employees feel valued and supported throughout their careers, especially during key life stages like maternity? 

Commercial Bank takes great care in ensuring that female employees feel valued and supported throughout their careers, particularly during key life stages in their life.

The bank offers comprehensive maternity benefits and provides assistance in transitioning back to work, including a special allowance to cover childcare or caregiver expenses until the new born child is one year old.

Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, the bank also offers flexible working hours after maternity up to one year and on request no pay leave for one year, allowing female employees to manage both their professional and personal responsibilities. Further 42 days maternity leave is granted for female employees having adopted a child below one year old. Bank approves accumulated annual leave for the confinement of the wife of a male employee.

 Additionally, the bank provides loan facilities with preferential interest rates to support employees’ financial needs during this phase. This commitment is reflected in the bank’s 100% return rate for women following maternity leave.

Furthermore, Commercial Bank invests in the development of its female staff by offering specialized training programs both locally and internationally to enhance their leadership skills. The bank also supports them through mentorship and various Health & Wellness initiatives, as well as awareness programs. These initiatives aim to foster future corporate leaders and empower women to reach their full potential.
