Etihad Airways announces global sale for travellers from Sri Lanka

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is offering travellers from Sri Lanka fantastic savings in its Global Sale.

Guests travelling in Business and Economy Class from Colombo can choose from a range of destinations across Europe and North America. Tickets are on sale until 31 October and are valid for travel between 15 January and 30 June 2017.

Etihad Airways currently operates twice-daily scheduled flights from the capital Colombo to the airline’s Abu Dhabi hub offering convenient connections and seamless journeys to destinations worldwide.

Economy Class return fares to New York start at Rs. 101,176; Frankfurt at Rs. 63,586; London at Rs. 79,865; Paris at Rs. 58,445; Rome at Rs. 60,041; Milan at LKR 59,953; Venice at Rs. 59,378 and Berlin at Rs. 59,716.

Along with great connections, Etihad Airways’ guests are able to pre-clear US Immigration and Customs before boarding their US-bound flights at Abu Dhabi International Airport saving significant time on arrival. This unique facility is the first of its kind in the Middle East, enabling international travellers to arrive as domestic passengers in the USA, avoiding the need to queue at immigration.
