Thisen Perera appointed to The Fortress Resorts Board

The Fortress Resorts PLC has appointed Thisen Perera to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Perera holds a background in Civil Engineering, having pursued his studies at University College London (UCL), London. Since 2023, he has been actively engaged in Sri Lanka’s hospitality sector, initially contributing in an advisory capacity to Queens Breeze Ltd., where he continues to support the design and development of its hotel project.

He has also undertaken a project management role at Colonial Properties Ltd., overseeing the execution of hospitality developments. In addition, he is involved in the operations of the tea subsidiary of Landster Lanka, where he oversees day-to-day activities and has gained exposure to tea value addition, export operations, and business administration.
