Immersive weekend of ancient wisdom and holistic healing

Ayuwanna by Barberyn will present Sacred Healing, a two-day workshop series from 2 to 3 August offering a gentle and enriching journey into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, interwoven with art, nature, and reflection.

This thoughtfully curated weekend features nine expert-led sessions facilitated by a team of holistic healing practitioners. Themes include Dinacharya (daily rhythms), women’s health, Ayurvedic psychology, and the healing power of medicinal plants—offering both practical tools and spiritual insight for a more balanced life.

Beyond the workshops, participants can enjoy interactive exhibits at the Ayuwanna clinic, discover natural remedies, and engage in creative expression that complements the learning experience.

“Sacred Healing is a celebration of ancient knowledge, inner connection, and the beauty of slowing down,” says Ruvi Rodrigo of Ayuwanna.

Weekend highlights: 9 enriching sessions across two days; Interactive Ayurveda exhibits at Ayuwanna’s clinic; A specially curated film screening and evening kirtan on Saturday — to unwind, reflect, and connect; Ayurveda consultations and treatments available during the weekend; A nurturing and soulful environment to explore, heal, and simply be.

Organisers said the fee is Rs. 2,500 per individual session and the Weekend Pass is Rs. 10,000 (includes five sessions + lunch).
