With an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, Dighe brings a wealth of experience in hotel operations, business development, and customer experience enhancement.

Having previously served in leadership roles at renowned international hotel brands, including Marriott and Accor, Dighe has a strong track record in driving revenue growth, optimising operational efficiency, and leading award-winning hotel teams. His expertise in asset and yield management, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation has positioned him as a respected leader in the industry.

In his new role, Dighe will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and strengthening Radisson Blu Resort Galle’s position as a premier destination in the southern coast of Sri Lanka. He will focus on elevating service standards, enhancing sustainability initiatives, and creating unique guest experiences that reflect the offerings and culture of the region.
