Radisson Blu Resort Galle emerged as a powerhouse of culinary creativity, earning a total of 21 medals – comprising 04 Gold, 08 Silver, and 09 Bronze – a resounding recognition of the resort’s innovative gastronomy and culinary craftsmanship. From standout performances in national rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, and dessert artistry to exceptional beverage presentations and chocolate showpieces, the team’s wins spanned a diverse range of categories.

Meanwhile, the culinary stars at Radisson Hotel Kandy showcased their signature flair and finesse, notably with mixology and mocktail creations stealing the spotlight with gold medals in the Beer Cocktail and Mocktail categories. Radisson Hotel Colombo clinched notable awards for Sri Lankan fusion cooking, live hot cooking alongside impressive recognitions in canapés, and cake presentation.
