Madhura de Lanerolle
Hunas Holdings PLC has appointed Madhura de Lanerolle to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
De Lanerolle is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (FCMA). He is an experienced finance professional with over 19 years of progressive experience across multinational, blue-chip and high-growth organisations in the FMCG, technology, solutions integration, IT distribution, e-commerce, shared services and export-oriented sectors.
He currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Agility Innovation Ltd., where he leads group-wide financial strategy, governance and operations across a diversified technology holding group with interests in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cyber security, telecommunications and enterprise solutions.
In addition to his executive leadership role, de Lanerolle serves as a Non-Executive Director of Insights Initiative, where he provides strategic oversight and governance to an organization dedicated to promoting ethical, independent public-interest research and fostering national reconciliation and social cohesion in Sri Lanka. He contributes towards strengthening collaboration among civil society, academia, media, government and the private sector while supporting the continuity of key national initiatives such as the Sri Lanka Barometer.
De Lanerolle was also selected as the only member outside New Zealand to serve on the Office of CFO Millennial Advisory Council, reflecting his standing as a globally recognized finance and governance professional.
