The award highlights the Group’s unwavering commitment to progressive, people-centric human resource management.
The ceremony was held on 25 November 2025 at Cinnamon Life, attended by Chief Guest Central Bank of Sri Lanka Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, and Guest of Honour Director General of Labour Nadeeka Wataliyadda.
