Former Executive Director W.G.U.I Ranaweera has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of George Steuart Finance, the company said in a Colombo Stock Exchange filing yesterday.
The appointment, which took effect from 28 January, was approved by the Central Bank.
Ajith Perera was also appointed as a non-Executive Director of the same company. He was the CEO of Multi Finance PLC and the Country Manager for KLF Agro Extracts Ltd.
