Trinity beats Sri Rahula by 371 runs

Trinity College beat Katugastota Rahula by 371 runs in their interschool under 17 division one cricket encounter, which concluded at the Asgiriya Stadium yesterday.

Highlight of Trinity innings was a fine unbeaten double ton by Shanogeeth Shanmuganathan. He made 270 with the help of 32 boundaries and 16 sixes.

In reply to Trinity’s score of 404 Katugasotota, Rahula were shot out for a low 33 in their turn.
