The Royal College Union organised the Bradby Fiesta carnival at the Bloom Field Grounds and Race Course Grounds recently. Chief guest Western Province Chief Minister Prasanna Ranatunga and guest of honour Mayor of Colombo A.J.M. Muzzamil were present at the opening ceremony.
