‘SLT Speedup Sawariya’ reaches the final stretch

The final day of the ‘SLT Speedup Sawariya’, Sri Lanka’s longest cross-country cycle race, will be held on 31 July.

The race began on 27 July, beginning in Colombo and pausing in Matara for the night. The fifth day will present the most gruelling part of the race, as the male cyclists take off from Anuradhapura and ride over 203 km through Dambulla, Habarana and Polonnaruwa to reach the finish line in Batticaloa.
