SL says no to day night test match

Sri Lanka has said no to the idea of a day night test match with Pakistan in United Arab Emirates. Sri Lanka Cricket said the move was after consultation and discussions with the national team management and support staff as the national team players have not practiced under lights and with the new pink ball. The executive committee at its meeting on Thursday decided to stand by the decision taken by the national team management, and to inform the Pakistan Cricket Board that SLC is not willing to play a day night test match as requested by PCB in this instance.
