RCGC Monthly Medal winners for Dec, Jan announced

Arvind Fernando and Ronan Hall have emerged victorious in the main category of the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) Monthly Medal Tournaments held on 9 December 2015 and 13 January 2016 respectively.

The tournaments, which were open to all full members and had over 200 golfers taking part, were played in Stableford format and comprised of 5 categories: Division A (Handicap, 0-9), Division B (Handicap, 10-18), Division C (Handicap, 19-28), Seniors Division & Masters Division.

Fernando, who plays with a 7 handicap, won both the both the Nett and Gross titles in Division A for the month of December with scores of 68 and 75 respectively. Hall meanwhile, who plays with a 5 handicap, secured the Division A Nett and Gross titles for January with scores of 68 and 73 respectively.
