No show by Nishantha over case against SLC Secy

Nishantha De Silva did not appear before the Mount Lavinia District Judge on 18 April for the case against Sri Lanka Crickets Secretary Nishantha Ranatunga.

Lawyers for Nishantha De Silva did not object to the suspension of the enjoining order given against Nishantha Ranatunga. Romesh De Silva PC, together with Shehan Gunawardene instructed by Chandrakuma De Silva, appeared for Nishantha Ranatunga and the other defendants.
