Dinka to blow Bradby first leg

By Shamseer Jaleel Former Prince of Wales player and a leading referee Level III in the country, Dinka will blow at the first leg of the 71st Bradby Shield on 9 May at the Pallekelle Rugby Stadium. Dinka on earlier occasions running touch at Bradby will make his debut at the centre next Saturday. Having handled the whistle for the last 10 years, Dinka got his first overseas break at the Cobra sevens in Malaysia. Later on he officiated at the Dubai sevens and Saints sevens last year.
