Dialog powers Sri Lanka Cricket in Asia Cup quest

Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity services provider, Dialog Axiata PLC, has stepped in as the Principal Sponsor of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team as they do battle for regional supremacy versus India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan at the Asia Cup 2014 currently underway in Bangladesh. The tournament got underway yesterday, 25 February, at the Fatullah in Dhaka Bangladesh, with Sri Lanka taking on Pakistan in the opening match today. Dialog Axiata PLC is a long standing partner of Sri Lanka Cricket, first sponsoring the national team in 2009. The company is also the official sponsor of the national men’s and women’s cricket teams since June 2013, supporting all forms of the game played at home. The Asia Cup is the first international tournament where the national team is supported by Dialog, since the agreement signed in June last year.
