By Ruzaik Farook The Colombo District Ahadhiyyah Schools Federation organised President’s Cup Cricket Tournament was held at the Umagiliya Public Grounds in Kolonnawa recently. NMWA Ahadhiyyah School Maligawatte became a champion at the final and Dehiwela Ahadhiyyah School became a runners up at this tournament. Best Batsman S.M. Amjad from Dehiwela Ahadhiyyah School, Best Bowler M.A.M. Amjad from Dehiwala Ahadhiyyah School and Man of the Final Amzal Subhany from Dehiwala Ahadhiyyah School received the awards and certificates from Chief Guest Colombo District Ahadiyyah Schools Federation President M.R.M. Zarook. Central Ahadiyyah Federation Secretary S.M. Shazuli, Hultsdrof YMMA Secretary Ashroff Rumi, Project Chairman Fawzan Shazuli and Ahadiyyah Schools Principals and Teachers were present. Al Hidaya Ahadiyyah., KIEC Ahadiyyah, Minana Ahadiyyah., Qadiriya Ahadiyyah, NMWA Ahadiyya, Wellampitiya Darul Salaam Ahadiyyah, Dehiwala Ahadiyyah., Mattakuliay Alhadiyyah, YMMA Hulftsdorp Ahadiyyah, Al Nasar Ahadiyyah, Colombo Ahadiyyah (Boys’ Section) , Rahumaniya Ahadiyyah, Sedawatta, Battaramulla Ahadiyyah and Al Hikma Ahadiyyah School participated in this tournament.
