Wesley ended their Singer League on a high note when they outclassed the demotivated Trinity outfit 16/7. They had a late wake up in the later half where they ran out of time.

At the short breather Wesley led 13/0.

Wesley scored two early penalties through Tharindu Welipitage and a try through Janosha Mendis. Welipitage added the extras. Damian Tennakoon scored the Trinitians only try while Miranga Subasinghe added the extras. Welipitage put over one more second half penalty for the Wesley outfit.
