Vision Care, recently partnered with the Sri Lanka Schools Hockey Association (SLSHA) as the main sponsor of the 58th Inter District Combined Schools Hockey Tournament 2025.

The prestigious four-day event, held at the Sri Lanka Hockey Federation Astro Turf, featured 23 teams representing districts across the island.

As part of this impactful partnership, Vision Care went beyond financial sponsorship by organising a mobile eye screening camp at the tournament venue. Now in its 58th year, the Inter District Combined Schools Hockey Tournament is one of Sri Lanka’s longest-standing and most respected school-level sports events. This year, the boys’ championship was secured by the Matale schools team, while the Colombo schools team emerged champions in the girls’ category.
