Trinity College and Royal College meet at Trinity College Rugby Stadium in Pallekele today. Both teams are boasting flawless 4/0 records plus both remained unbeaten till to date.
The home side will lean on powerful three quarter execution and the vocal support of passionate students, but Royal’s fluid and powerful forwards staunch defensive structure promise to make it a genuine test.
This showdown doubles as a dress rehearsal for the Bradby Shield first leg, also at Pallekelle on 23 August, offering both coaches a valuable gauge of strengths and areas for refinement.
