Sri Lankan golfer N. Thangaraja emerged victorious at the Ahmedabad Golf Open, held at Kensville Golf and Country Club, with a top class effort in a final score of 8-under-par 280. The seasoned golfer showed his consistency throughout the tournament, ultimately securing the title in a competitive field away in India.

Thangaraja’s triumph was a result of steady performances across all four rounds, where he maintained control over his game despite the challenging course conditions. His ability to navigate the fairways and greens with composure allowed him to stay ahead of the competition and seal the victory.

Thanga was followed by Indian golfer Yasas Chandra in second place with an overall score of 285 while Italian, Michele Ortolani was placed third with an overall score of 286.
