Royal Colombo Golf Club witnessed exceptional golf on Day 3 of the Sri Lanka Golf Ranking Tournament 2025 with pro golfer, Nadaraja Thangaraja tightening his grip on the leaderboard with a superb 66, maintaining a commanding lead at 199 (-14) after three rounds. He is on top form with a clear lead of 7 strokes over second placed youngster, Kumar Danushan. With just one round remaining, Dhanushan will be eyeing an extraordinary finish. K. Prabagaran is placed third with an aggregate score of 210.

Joining the day’s elite was Reshan Algama, the second highest world-ranked junior amateur golfer in the field. The 17-year-old prodigy fired a flawless 66, showing his maturity. Now tied for fourth at 211 (-2), Reshan remains very much in contention and is expected to make a final push in the last round. Reshan is tied on fourth place with pro Lalith Kumara.

Uchitha Ranasinghe is placed sixth, while the highest ranked Juniorv amateur, Jevahn Sathasivam fought back with a ties on seventh place along with Adhithya Weerasinghe and Chanaka Perera. Haroon Aslam was tenth as at Day 3.

Junior Ranking Tournament after Day 1 saw Lavindu Premrathna and G. G. S. Sathsara tied on top place while in the Girls’ segment, it was Aaradhi Samararathna leading with Sithara Lorance on Number 2.
