St. Joseph’s College, S. Thomas’ College veterans clash today at NCC

To bring back the nostalgia of their time the Josephian and the Thomian veterans will play a 25 over cricket match at the NCC grounds today starting at 1:30 p.m.

The two sides are packed with yesteryear cricketers, with many who have captained their college cricket team during their schooldays.

St. Joseph’s College: Tony Gunewardena, Dushan Soza, Susilough de S Wijeyeratne, Carlton Bernardus, Terrence Fernando, Asoka Jayamanne, Krishan Tillekeratne, Rohitha Tillekeratne, Damian Wickrematilleke, Mario Perumal, Oril de Mel, Roshan Makalanda, Viran Perera, Viraj Malawana, Shehan Daniel, and Nandi Anthony.

S. Thomas’ College: Johann Peiris, Sunil Wijeratne, Ramesh Wannakuwatte, Ravi Kumarasinghe, Ramesh Schaffter, Deepal Ahangama, Thiran Thenabady, Ishak Shahabdeen, Vajira Wijegunewardena, Ranil Peiris, Rukmal Fernando, Anura Bulankulame, and Sarbo Weerasuriya.
