Sri Lanka will make golfing history in 2026 as it prepares to host the inaugural Legends Tour 2026 from 26 January to 1 February at the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) marking the first time the Legends Tour will be played on Sri Lankan soil.

The tournament is expected to attract some of golf’s biggest names, including former Ryder Cup stars and Major winners. It forms part of the Legends Tour’s mission to bring world-class golf to new regions, while providing unforgettable experiences for players, fans, and sponsors alike.

Legends Tour COO Mark Aspland said, “This is a major milestone for Sri Lanka, of the Legends Tour. We are thrilled to introduce the tour to a country with such rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and growing potential as a golf tourism hub.”
