Sri Lanka announces Under-20 Sevens squad

Sri Lanka’s Under-20 Sevens squad is gearing up for next month’s two-day international rugby tournament in Bihar, India, with a strong mix of school and club talent in the provisional 15-member squad which will see 12 touring members to be selected early next week.

This Asia Rugby Sevens Under-20 will see 12 Boys and equal number of Girls teams locking horns in Bihar for the very first time.

The squad: Shaahid Zumri (Captain), Pasindu Bandara (Vice-Captain), Kalindu Silva, Dineda Wickremarachchi, Abdullah Faizer, Mahathir Raban, Praneeth Silva, Janidu Wijerathne, Yehan Bulathsinghalage, Gayan Perera, Rushen Bandaranayake, Udeesha Rathnayake, Fahad Nazar, Janith Marasinghe, and Isuru Withanage.
