Sri Lanka Sports Fiesta featuring seven sporting events will take place within 3 days from 16 to 18 August in Colombo.

This is organised by the Tourism Ministry with Dialog Axiata as the Title sponsor while Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) coming in as the Platinum sponsor for this event.

This fiesta will feature over 3,000 athletes competing in seven thrilling team sports: Cricket, Rugby, Football, Netball, Hockey, Volleyball and Basketball.

Cricket will be played in T10 format at the Thurstan and Bloomfield grounds while the football event will be five-a-side one. Basketball, hockey, volleyball and netball too will take place in and around the Race Course ground in Colombo. There will be entertainment for the entire family with live music on all three nights.

Sri Lanka Cricket has come forward as a Platinum Sponsor with a Rs. 20 million Sponsorship for the National Sports Fund. Ceylon Cold Stores, Ceylon Agro Industries and Thakral all will be Co-Sponsors for the Sri Lanka Sports Fiesta 2024. MTV/MBC Channels Ltd. is the Official Media Partner.
