Sri Lanka ‘A’ Four-Day Captain Pasindu Sooriyabandara

Wicket-keeper/batsman Lahiru Udara and all-rounder Sonal Dinusha who made their Test debuts in the recently concluded Test series against Bangladesh have been included in the Sri Lanka ‘A’ squad for the tour to Australia.

Udara will lead the Sri Lanka ‘A’ limited-over one-day squad, and middle order batsman Pasindu Sooriyabandara will captain the Sri Lanka ‘A’ squad for the two 4-day matches.

Sri Lanka ‘A’ will play three one-day games against Australia ‘A’ before donning whites to play two 4-day first-class matches. All matches will take place in Darwin at the Marrara Cricket Ground and the city’s largest venue the Marrara Stadium.

The team left for Australia yesterday.
