The Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has lifted the temporary ban imposed on Sri Lanka 200 m and 400 m sprinter Isuru Lakshan.
Lakshan was suspended for allegedly violating doping laws, but a disciplinary investigation conducted at the National Institute of Sports Sciences has recommended that he be released from the said charges.
Accordingly, the temporary ban imposed on him has been lifted.
