Seethadevi Girls’ College and Trinity win Rajans Golden Lions Hockey 6s

Seethadevi Girls’ College and Trinity College emerged champions at the Rajans Golden Lions Hockey 6s, organised by the Dharmaraja Old Boys’ Association and held at the University of Peradeniya grounds recently.

In the Under-15 tournament finals, Trinity defeated Kingswood College in a penalty shoot-out, while Seethadevi Girls’ College overcame Girls’ High School, Kandy. Teacher in Charge of Hockey at Seethadevi is Achini Senevirathne, and the team was coached by Paranidaran Nadarajah. (SJ)
