The Singhalese Sports Club (SSC) Ground will host its first-ever international cricket match under floodlights today when Pakistan takes on the USA in a T20 World Cup fixture. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
The public will be granted free entry to the ground to witness this landmark moment in the history of the SSC.
Gate numbers 5 and 7 will be open to the public from 5 p.m. onwards for entry into the ground.
The venue has already hosted two World Cup matches, including the inaugural game of the tournament, which was played on 7 February between Pakistan and the Netherlands, and between Zimbabwe and Oman.
