Petersons Rugby Skipper Siri Kumar, a truly dynamic hooker, has passed away.

He led from the front with courage, passion, and unparalleled strength—on and off the field. His spirit and dedication will remain an inspiration to all who knew him. K.N. Sirikumara was Coach and Team Manager at Peterson SC (2002 – 2018) and Coach at Nalanda College.

His son, Praveen Sirikumar, represented and served as Vice Captain of Thurstan College.

Praveen also represented Peterson SC and captained the side in 2010.

His remains lie at Haramanis Lane, Aththidiya and cremation will be today at 3.00 p.m. at Nisalavimana, Aththidiya.
