Reshan Algama was tied on 16th place and Jevahn Sathasivam was tied on 35th position by the end of day 1 at The Ciputra Junior Masters 2025 which commenced in Jakarta yesterday. Best of the Asian golfers of 69 teed off in Indonesia with intense competition between them with the scores were so close.

Indonesian Rayhan Latimer was the leader with a score of 64 (-8). Followed by 4 golfers tied for second position on 69 (-3). Reshan Algama had a solid start to the tournament with a gross score of 2-over-par 74, placing him tied for 16th.

Jevahn Sathasivam faced a tougher day on the course, finishing with a gross score of 77, placing him tied for 35th position.

Both Sri Lankan junior golfers are real fighters who are tipped to bounce back on day 2 with better rankings today. Today will be day 2.
