The Endometriosis Medal Golf Tournament 2025 was an event that blended the passion of golf with a noble cause recently.

Hosted by the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) the tournament attracted golf enthusiasts from various divisions, each vying for the prestigious prizes while supporting the awareness of Endometriosis. Over 250 golfers teed off for the worthy cause.

As the night unfolded, the participants in different divisions were celebrated for their excellent performances. In the Ladies Senior Division, Myungock Jane Hong claimed both the Gross and Nett winner titles, while in the Bronze Division, Manori Jayakody and Dilini Hennayake emerged victorious. The Silver Division saw Anouk Chitty leading in Gross, while Tiru Jesudasan claimed the Nett win.

The Junior Division witnessed fierce competition, with Reshan Algama taking home the Gross winner title, while Thejas Rathis Kanth secured the Nett win. Masters Division players like Bandula Weerasinghe and Nilkamal Perera showed their skills, with Perera also winning Nett after a tight tie-breaker.

The prize distribution event was made special with gift packs and vouchers from the sponsors, ensuring that every winner walked away with memorable prizes. The evening culminated with a generous donation towards Endometriosis awareness, followed by a raffle and a hearty buffet to conclude a night of celebration and support for a meaningful cause.

The main sponsor, Dimo/TATA, along with co-sponsors ESNA Jewellery, Wurth, Baurs, Muve, and Tropical Pharma, played a vital role in making the event a success.
