R. Jasinthan from PickMe creates bowling record in MCA ‘G’ Division 25 Over League

An amazing bowling performance, most probably a MCA record in any tournament – four overs /four maidens /no runs/five wkts by R. Jasinthan from PickMe against the Intrepid Group was recorded in the ongoing 9th Stafford Motors Honda Trophy, as the MCA ‘G’ Division 25 Over League Tournament 2019 continued last weekend (29 and 30 June).

R. Jasinthan’s incredible bowling performance gave added glamour to his firm Pick Me, which is making their debut in MCA Cricket. 

There were noteworthy performances from Yohan Fernando from Deutsche Bank AG (103 not out in 71 balls with seven sixes and seven fours vs. Lanka Hospitals);  Nilan Fernando from Maliban  ‘B’ (84 vs. NDB Bank); Nimantha Herath from Coca Cola (80 vs. Arpico); Sumudu Madushan from Ceylon Biscuits  (76 vs. Ceat Tyres); Naveen Subasinghe from Commercial Credit ‘D’ (5 for 12 vs. Krish Group); Sanuka Hasanka from RR Donnely (5 for 16 vs. VS Information) and Sena Mahesh from Mobitel (5 for 39 vs. 3 DH International).
