Julian Wood stresses a point to Sri Lanka Women cricketers and coaches

Power hitting specialist Julian Wood took on the Sri Lanka women cricketers on the final day of his week-long training program with the Sri Lanka players and coaches at the NCC grounds yesterday.

Sri Lanka Cricket decided to obtain Wood’s services aimed at enhancing the power-hitting skills of both the men’s and women’s national players.

Wood worked closely with the National Coaches to help players sharpen their hitting techniques and improve their overall power game. This initiative was part of Sri Lanka’s ongoing preparations for key international competitions, including the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the Asia Cup, and other international assignments.
