Paradise Golf Tours (PGTC) will support by looking after underprivileged children showing good potential to participate in the 2026 World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) tournaments.
PGTC, owned and managed by Sri Lanka’s legendary golfing family, has also chosen to support the junior golf development programs for Sri Lanka’s highly talented kids around the country.
A cheque for Rs. 1, 200,000 was donated to Sri Lanka Golf.
PGTC Director Tiru Jesudasan speaking to Daily FT said: “PGTC was initially formed to focus on bringing high net-worth golfing tourists to experience more than just golf at a variety of historic and unique courses around this small but extremely diverse paradise island.”
PGTC is also promoting a project to build a world-class golf resort. Tiru was Asia’s first Professional Lady Golfer who played on the Ladies European Professional Golf Tour. (SJ)
