Mobitel sponsors National Surf Championship Series and Open Surf Championship 2020 – Arugambay

As the National Mobile Service Provider, Mobitel has come forward to sponsor the National Surf Championship series 2020 as the Official Telecommunication Partner.

Organised by the Surfing Federation of Sri Lanka (SFSL), the National Surfing Championship is one of the most anticipated events in the sporting calendar. The event is set to take place in Arugambay from 27 to 29 September.

The Surfing Championship is a timely initiative by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Ministry of Tourism. The synergy between the two ministries will not only kick start the surfing fraternity but will also help revive the tourism sector and rebuild the industry.
