Sri Lanka’s leading T20I bowler Wanindu Hasaranga came up with another match-winning performance for Deccan Gladiators in the ongoing Abu Dhabi T10 League, taking three wickets for nine runs to bowl his team to a five-wicket win over Chennai Braves.

Amongst Hasaranga’s victims were Sri Lankans Angelo Perera (6) and Dasun Shanaka (8) – the Sri Lanka T20I captain – as Chennai were bowled out for 57 in 10 overs.

Gladiators knocked off the runs in six overs to win the contest and go top of the table with five wins from seven matches.
