One of the leading upcoming referees from the Sri Lanka Referees Society, Jeewaka Fonseka will be officiating at the GRC National Tournament in Nepal on 28 February and 1 March in Chitwan Nepal.
Jeewaka who took up the whistle 4 years ago is an Old Boy from Sri Sumangala, Panadura.
