IPG Founder and CEO Anil Mohan formally presented the official invitation for the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2026 player draft to Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage, marking an important milestone in the countdown to the upcoming edition of Sri Lanka’s premier franchise T20 tournament.

The official invitation reflects the continued preparations underway for LPL 2026, as the tournament moves into one of its most anticipated stages. The player draft will bring together leading Sri Lankan and international cricketers, franchise owners, team representatives, and key stakeholders, setting the foundation for team composition and competitive planning ahead of the new season.
