Craig Chan to officiate Cup and Plate Grand Finals

One of the respected Asian Elite panel referee from Hong Kong, Craig Chan will officiate the Plate Grand final between Air Force and Police at Ratmalana plus the much awaited Grand final in the Cup segment between defending champions, Kandy SC and CR at Longdon Place.

Plate Grand Final will take place at Ratmalana on 20 February while the Cup Grand Final will be kicked off under lights at Longdon Place on 21 February.

Craig has officiated many top level sevens as well as fifteens in his career with few of them been the
